If you're new to my page, here's a little more on me:

I've spent the past 10+ years chasing better health. I recently fell in love with endurance training and completed the Black Forest 100k and Water Gap 50k ultramarathons. IronMan is next on the list!

Over the course of my fitness journey, I've played with tons of different workouts, routines, habits, diets, and fitness lifestyles. I always felt I could achieve some level of progress, but honestly spent most of the past decade just working to not feel unhealthy. You know the feeling of climbing a bit of the mountain, sliding back down and being stuck spinning your tires at the bottom? Too frequently, that's where I felt I was.

I started to look at my habits outside of the gym to see where I could give my training efforts a boost. Once I did that, I started taking my greatest strides towards better, sustainable health. I implemented practices that let good health come to me. I stopped trying so hard.

I learned the power of caring for my physical body and taking intentional time for my mental health. All of a sudden, I achieved fitness breakthroughs I had been chasing for years. I started climbing the mountain, setting up camp for the night and continuing the climb in the morning.

The practices in this book are the simplest routines I've ever tried. They have provided a stable foundation from which I've been able to build a healthy life.

Each of these routines take either 1-minute to complete or no time at all. I think everyone is capable of implementing them and achieving positive results.
